How does benzydamine hydrochloride work?
Difflam Oral Rinse contains the active ingredient benzydamine hydrochloride which is an anti-inflammatory medication, working to relieve painful mouth and throat conditions by reducing swelling caused by the formation of prostaglandins. Stopping these prostaglandins with medication will reduce symptoms.
