Everyone makes mistakes and we’re no different — as much as we’d like to be! Every so often, things go wrong and we’re happy to hold our hands up and take responsibility for any little errors we make along the way. We’re happy to listen to your complaints, feedback from our patients and customers is essential if we’re going to improve, and there are a few ways you can get in touch with us to provide it. Complaints should be sent to help@sospharmacist.co.uk where our customer and patient care team will endeavour to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Where a complaint can’t be resolved by this team, it will be escalated to our Superintendent Pharmacist if necessary.
